April started well with my planned Tactical Squad already started from last month, unfortunately fate intervened and I spent most of the month with a chest infection which kept me from my painting table.

This months challenge has become a race in a fast shrinking week and a couple of heavy sessions, into the small hours of Friday night and most of Saturday to get to the finish line.

Carry over from Last month, My aim was for the Tactical Squad and one Dreadnought with another Tech-marine and Rhino Transport as stretch goals. The Tech-marine did not make it so will add that to next months goal 

State of play as of Friday. 

Most of the base layers and shading done on some.

Rhino paintwork done, I had a slight change of plan and reworked the front to give it flames more in keeping with the Chapter scheme.

(I will add some weathering and more markings next month when I paint up another Rhino for the other Tactical unit so they match )
