Mike's Chaos Army of Nurgle

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster... Wait that's not right. As far back as I remember first seeing it, I wanted an army from the Lost and the Damned. Tzneetch and Nurgle being the my favorite goods of Chaos and Lost and the Damned being my favorite RoC book. Due to a lack of unpainted figures to do multiples of nine and my unwillingness to hack apart my limited supply of minis to do things like thrall wizards, there was only one true path to follow.

A Nurgle list it is to be, a right proper one with plague skeletons and plague carts and everything less annoyingly set to seven! Also given everything going on with the renovation and the eventual upheaval of moving stuff into the new home in the spring, the small numbers will help meet the deadlines. There has been an issue of finding my collection. I have a nice spread sheet so I know what I have, but with most of our stuff in storage while waiting to buy and now renovating a house my stuff is split between two storage units, 2 garages, and a basement. I've managed to locate most of it, but the champions are eluding me. My planned list is.

  • Mighty Champion 400 (i'll figure points when I find the model)
  • Undead Champion 200pts (plus equipment when I find the model) Sorcerer (i'll figure points when I find the model)
  • 7 Chaos Warriors of Nurgle with great weapons and heavy armor 535
  • 7 Pestigors with great weapons and light armor 100pts
  • 1 Plague Cart 100pts
  • 21 Plague Skeletons with light armor, shields, and spears 315,
  • and maybe, just maybe, a dragon or other big beastie if time allows.

Ben's Slaanesh Chaos Army

Hello everybody. My brother Tom and I have always wanted to play an actual Realm of Chaos/ WFB 3rd edition battle with daemons and all the crazy figures from way back when. This project will be the start of that army for me. I'm planning on doing a Slaanesh themed force from the Warhammer Armies book.

Here's a quick rundown of my army list...

12 Beastmen with Lvl 5 hero --- Shields & Light Armor --- 208 points

13 Thug w/ Std & Music with Lvl 5 hero --- Shields & Dble Handed Weapons --- 205 points

5 Minotaurs --- No extras --- 200 points

5 Chaos Marauders --- Crossbows --- 210 points

5 Chaos Centaurs --- Bows --- 200 points

I have a few other units I can do... Fimir, Beastmasters, Marauder Giant and Yosef's cool War Altar to name a few... if I can stay motivated.

Motivation was a big problem for me the last few months in the first OWAC. Hopefully with a little more variety and a slightly smaller model count this time around will be a little less daunting at the paint table. See you next month.

Paul's Gribbly Beasts! - Chaos Warband of Nurgle

Howdy folks, I'm Paul aka StuntCat from The Good, The Bad, and the Chaotic Neutral. I'm based in Bristol, UK and I'm lucky enough to be playing more games than ever since getting back into the hobby via a friend who introduced me to the Oldhammer community in late 2014.

I immediately realised that this was the hobby philosophy I had been practicing in isolation and that I still really wanted to play the games I had dreamt of as a kid pouring over copies of White Dwarf. It's been great meeting so many like minded souls and fours years on and I find myself depleted of bank account, but with a growing lead mountain, a hobby blog and an active role in helping to admin the Middlehammer fb group and run the monthly painting challenges there.

That's a big part of why I loved following the first OWAC and seeing the armies take shape via the blog and the fb groups. I was delighted to be offered a place this year and I immediately knew what I was going to work on as I've long desired a Nurgle themed warband and this was the perfect opportunity!

This is the sum total of my existing Nurgle horde and I can't wait to add to them!

For this project I'm drawing on a range of eras and manufacturers, from vintage Citadel, Grenadier and Ral Partha etc., through to the Middlehammer era of GW, and right up to date with some modern sculpts from the wonderful Pantheon of Chaos range from Knightmare Games, and Lewis Collins via the Oldhammer Sculpting group (plus some possible additions from the OS miniatures Company, and Tim Prow via our very own Josef BenSadon).

Here's the list:

Beastman Lord - 200 pts (can also/will probably be used as a Shaman Lord in game)
Beastman Champion - 60 pts
19 Beastmen (inc Standard Bearer and Musician) - 210 pts
2 Plague Bearers - 60 pts (to be added to the six I already have)
2 Beasts of Nurgle - 150 pts (still looking for a third)
5 Nurgling bases - 150 pts
8 Chaos Warriors (with Double-handed Weapons) - 208
5 Chaos Hounds - 80 pts
2 Minotaurs - 80 pts (to be added to the two I already have)
1 Troll - 65 pts (to be added to the two I already have)
5 Chaos Goblins (Allies) - 12.5 pts

CHALLENGE TOTAL: 1275.5

I had a fair amount of the prep already done, but as I have fine tuned my list for the project (and headed off down the inevitable rabbit holes in the lead pile) I've found my December has been pretty busy getting as much basing and prep work done as possible, and I still haven't finished!

I've not quite settled on a month by month plan as yet, although I know I will be tackling the 2 Beasts of Nurgle and some of the Beastmen in January.

Apologies for the terrible mobile phone picture, combined with the black undercoat you can't see much detail I'm afraid!

I'd like to give a big shout out to Tom Young who very kindly offered some classic lead at near charity prices which has allowed me to expand my Chaos Warrior options a bit, plus add another Minotaur to the mix. The beastly hordes are nearly complete, now all I have to do is paint them... Yikes!

Arjen's The Bloodbath at Orc's Drift Scenario: The Good Guys.

The Bloodbath at Orc's Drift is a four part scenario written for Warhammer Fantasy Battle second edition and pits the inhabitants of Ramalia against the invading orcs of King F'yar. I was able to run the first 2 scenarios a few years ago using my orcs and some borrowed dwarves and elves. In the mean time I've been able to collect most of the non-orc miniatures to be able to run all 4 scenarios.

So instead of a"legal" 3rd or 4th edition army I ask and got permission to paint several of the scenario's forces for the challenge. The scenario was written for 2nd edition and I've tried to find the best fitting 3rd edition point values for them using the Warhammer Armies book.

Scenario 1: The Wood Elves of Kachas pass:

25 bowmen, Herdil (level 5) and Erdolas (Level 15)
These 25 elf bowmen (3rd edition points) and the 2 characters will comprise a point value of 300+53+133=486. These could be divided in two 200+ point chunks of about 13-14 models each per month

Scenario 2: The Dwarves of Ashak's Rise

6 dwarfs with shield, 5 dwarves with crossbow, Borinn (level 15) and Snorinn (level 5)
The dwarf prospectors consist of 6 dwarves with shield, 5 dwarves with crossbows, Borinn Fimbul, a level 15 dwarf and his son Snorinn Fimbul, a level 5 hero. Together these will be 65+72+134+54=325. This should be feasible in a month. In the scenario the dwarves also have 3 pack-mules, I've been able to find 2 (and I know I should have a 3rd somewhere), I might add them in the same month or use an extra or Mulligan month for those. Technically dwarves are considers "good" but in the scenario these dwarves were of the renegade kind doing some freelance prospecting; greedy bastards.

Scenario 3: Linden Way Militia

20 militia with pikes, 5 militia with bow and mayor Leofwine, captain of the militia
All of the 20 militia with pikes are ex-citadel foundry models, the bowmen are a mix of pre-slotta fighters, some Bretonnians and a norse bowmen. Mayor Leafwine is a model I borrowed from my Talisman project. Together they will represent 140+35+34=210 points. An ideal point amount for a month but it will be a daunting month with 26 models. I might mix them up with some of the other forces to even out the models per month a bit. This scenario also has a whole bunch of villagers, I have some of these as pre-slotta Citadel minis and Foundry miniatures and I might add those to the extra month.

Scenario 4: The engineers of Osrim Chardz

11 dwarf engineers/sappers and Osrim Chardz (level 15 dwarf)
This scenario has several forces as defenders, Brommedir's bows, Osrim Chardz engineers and the druid Ferndale Snart and his patients. I have Brommedir's bow already painted and I'm still collecting the proper minis for Snart's patients so for the challenge I'll paint Osrim Chardz and his 11 dwarf sappers for 134+165=299 points.

The extras:

Brommedir, Brommedir's stand-in, Snart and 2 mules.
As extras I'll try paint Brommedir and Snart (which I was able to buy this month) and 2 mules (and a 3rd if I'm able to find it) and maybe some villagers of Linden Way and Snart's patients (not pictured). The second model from the left was the pre-slotta elf miniature I planned to use for Brommedir before I found the slotta model sold as Brommedir. This model will be my participation fee.

Mustafa’s army - If STDs could walk and talk.

I was planning on doing chaos warriors at first. I’ve got some lovely Pantheon of Chaos guys as well as some smashing resin chaps from Fenryll, but when I sifted through the lead pile I came across some plaguebearers, chaos trolls, and a big demon.

I felt compelled, naye ordained, to paint up an army of fetid, mucous covered, pus dripping, genital wart spreading, crotch itching, carriers of woe!

At the moment the army is :

Daemon Prince
Plaguebearer champ with warbanner
Plaguebearers
Chaos Spawn
Chaos trolls

The points are written next to them on the sheet.

I have a few more bits and bobs coming in the post so I expect the list will change a bit mid-challenge.

Millsy - The Empire Returns

Hi Everyone!

It's great to be back. Last year was great fun and also very productive!

This year I'm revisiting my 6th/7th edition Empire army with another 1,000 point "extension".

The entire army presently stands at something like 3,000 points BUT there is plenty to add to that including loads more knights and light horse which are not included below. In total it will be near 5,000 points when complete.

The army list this time around in OWAC II consists of the following:

Mounted Battle Wizard (125 pts)

Battle Wizard 2 according to the Empire Collector's guide.
  • 1 Battle Wizard (General; Level 2 Upgrade; Hand Weapon)
  • 1 Warhorse
  • 1 Sword of Battle

Battle Wizard (115 pts)
The foot version of the above. I'm going to paint him the same as the mounted version for use either way as I have a full set of all the plastic wizards too so I'll never really need to field both together.
  • 1 Battle Wizard (Level 2 Upgrade; Hand Weapon)
  • 1 Sword of Might

State Troops (24 @ 164 pts)
The Marauder MM61 Fighter Command set (don't worry I do have FC1 but he missed the pic) along with the somewhat rare Citadel spearmen.
  • 1 Sergeant (Hand Weapon; Spear; Light Armour; Shield)
  • 23 Spearmen  (Musician; Standard Bearer; Hand Weapon; Spear; Light Armour; Shield)

State Troops (12 @ 106 pts)
A mix of plug-and-play and others, plus a hero fig and a spare artillery officer for a bit of character.
  • 1 Marksman (Hand Weapon; Crossbow)
  • 11 Crossbowmen (Musician; Hand Weapon; Crossbow)

Knightly Orders (10 @ 300 pts)
These are the Knights of the Blazing Sun which I managed to find as a complete unit of 10 in mint condition. Not something that happens every day in these dark times...
  • 1 Preceptor (Knights of the Inner Circle; Hand Weapon; Lance; Full Plate Armor; Shield)
  • 9 Knightly Orders (Musician; Standard Bearer; Knights of the Inner Circle; Barding; Hand Weapon; Lance & Shield x9; Full Plate Armor)
  • 10 Warhorse

Militia Troops (12 @ 68 pts)
A real mix of Marauder and Citadel minis, including modified artillery crewman and a few Mordheim extras. Really this is a load of spares but painted up they should look suitably roguish and ill-disciplined and the the whole "use what you have" idea is pure Oldhammer to my mind.
  • 1 Sergeant (Hand Weapon; Extra Hand Weapon)
  • 11 Free Company (Hand Weapon; Extra Hand Weapon)

Lumpin Croop's Fighting Cocks (10 @ 150 pts)
One of my favourite Regiments of Renown and a bit of a reward for painting seemingly endless lots of complicated renaissance style clothing over the last few years :-)

  • 1 Lumpin Croop
  • 1 Ned Hamfist
  • 8 Halflings
Total: 1,028 points

Here's a quick shot of all the lead laid out for prepping...

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone else's efforts once again. Thanks to our OWAC Lords and Masters for putting things on again. Great community spirit is the very essence of Oldhammer to my mind.

Roll on January 1st so we can get started!

Cheers,
Millsy

Kenneth's Dark Elves (Lord Ruerhls reinforcements)

One year has already passed by and finally OWAC 2 has arrived and I'm part of the veteran squad. YEAH!

Enough bragging. This year I'm planning to enlarge Ruerhls host by another 1000 points (based on 4th edition) and all infantry. Finally some models that have been in my possession for far too long will receive the attention they deserve. A lot of models as you will see, so I hope to reach the finish and claim that second medal.

The force:
16 corsairs with additional weapon   208 pts
15 corsairs with additional weapon   195 pts
10 witch elves   120 pts
5 executioners   80 pts
20 warriors   200 pts
5 black guard   75 pts
9 harpies   135 pts
5 warriors with shield   55 pts
Ruerhl on foot (time depending)

Sam's Orcs - it's going to get a bit savage around here

I've been on and off Warhammer collector/player ever since my ten year old self got all bright eyed looking at a GW stand in a random toy shop during the early 90s. Since then I've been in and out of the hobby, but I always had a soft spot for the golden era models and the wacky old days of Warhammer. There were just so many sweet ideas I had back then pouring over WD, or some armies book or another. Al lot of stuff that I never quite got around to (or couldn't afford, or shiny new things got the better of me).

Then along came the OWAC blog, I stumbled on it last year through some machination of FB, and my eyes straight lit up. Clicking through the entries was just one nostalgia trip after another, all the sweet old models I loved given a new lease of life and a bunch of old skool nerds like me to chat with about all of it (and hopefully encourage me to actually finish something for once). I was so tripped out I even forgot to and minimise the window and just let the Goblin Green loose on the office (luckily anyone that saw was dazed by pure uncut 80s/90s that they had no idea what they were looking at).

Prepare your retina

Anyway, fast forward a few weeks and I was down the pub with AdamH chatting about my discovery. Needless to say the effect was fairly similar and after a couple (read twenty-ish) drinks we were going on about the challenge like it was the best thing since sliced lead. All that was left was to wait for it to roll around again, and of course in the meantime beat my wallet to within a inch of its life.

Queue my army choice: originally, I was going to go with Dark Elves, but after seeing quite a few of them in the challenge, I thought for a bit of variety I'll opt for something else (it's not like I've been recklessly accumulating lead piles over the past year, honest). So Savage Orcs it is!!! .

The List

Ugg Bonekrakka - Savage Orc Warlord, War Boar (Snorka) = 158

Grog Mindbenda - Savage Orc Shaman Champion, War Boar = 130

Dagob Moufsmasha - Savage Orc Boss, shield = 46

Da Beastie Boyz - 8 x Savage Orc Boar Boys, Standard, Musician = 250

Da Boyz - 19 x Savage Orc Boyz, Standard, Musician, shields = 178.5

Da Big 'Un - 1 x Giant = 200

Sommink Undafoot - 3 x Snotling bases (maybe more) = 45

Total = 1007.5

It works out at 31 models and around 21 snotlings (assuming I go 7 to a base). Hopefully an achievable amount. I'm still waiting for a few things to wing their way to me, but for now I've got some combination of this for the first month.

Also, whenever I collect an army I always like to unify it around a (normally goofy) theme and give them a bit of a backstory. So here goes:

Ugg has Ideaz

Ugg Bonekrakka wasn’t daft. He knew what those hummies wanted down there in their village lookin’ all peaceful like. They were all the same, one trap minded as the ol’ boss used to say... or woz it one trakk?.. well, that was before Ugg bashed is brains out wiv a rock, so whatever he used to say can't 'ave been that useful anyway. Was damned good rock though, he still carried around with ‘im to this day...

Now where woz he... Grogz Killa Brew! That’s what thoze stinkin' hummies wanted!!!

Well they they wouldn’t get it off ol’ Ugg, not while there was any waaagh left in 'im, that’s for sure.

The way Grog'd told it round the fire, he'd nicked the recipe off some stunties a fair few moons back, or maybe just nicked the barrels... honestly Ugg couldn't really remember. He liked Grog, but he always used too many words; and not enough krumpin'. A few swigs of the brew often helped, but more than a few... he shrugged to himself... either way it woz a damned good brew and it woz iz an da boyz, not any stinkin' hummies! So they were ‘ard out of luck if they thought they were gettin' any. And if any of 'em did just so happen to 'ave got funny ideaz, by Gork (or Mork) Ugg would ride Snorka down there, krump the lot of em and ride back wiv their lot of brew too.

He creased out a frown at that, the kind of frown he didn't bother with too often; the thinking kind. It was as if someone upstairs in his noggin had let all the squiggs off the leash.

Who knew, maybe Grog could work iz magic on that brew az well. Bit of shroom powder and whatever other krazy gubbinz he put in and Mork’s your father Ugg’d ‘ave another batch to keep the boyz 'appy.

Now he’d neva been much for ideaz, in fact the last git who'd accused 'im of avvin' ideaz had found himself missing more than half his teef. No, he left all that dirty cunnin to the gobbos, all he needed was his club, Snorka and a couple of boyz at his back and he was sorted. But there was sommink about this idea, sommink golden, and the more he thought about it (and the golden bit, wiv a little foam at the top) the better it sounded. Well, he thought, best fetch that lucky rock out for another round...

Hope you enjoyed

Victor & his Maugthrond Pass High Elves Intro

OF HIGH ELVES, 4TH ED., DRAGON RAMPANT & MAUGTHROND PASS

Hi mates,

I am Victor, Vic Pensando in FB, from Spain, and this is my 2nd OWAC, the 1st was with a Night goblins army, my crazy project here. For this year I paint in a more relaxed way.

I got to know warhammer with the first Spanish ed., the WH fourth edition worldwide. I saw the Spanish WD4, wow!!! the HQ Dwarf in the front, and I got trapped by the Night Goblins, the River Trolls and High Elves. The rest is History...

My current exciting project for the last two years is to represent The Battle for Maugthrond Pass adapted to Dragon Rampant. Excuse me for the heresy...

And I am on it...

ULTHUAN VS GROM

The last year was malefic Night Goblins... This year, stoics High Elves...

For this challenge I will create a Dragon Rampant list based on the force of High Elves from The Battle for The Maugthrond Pass, but with the 4th edition army book points. And this is the result:

 ·Eltharion on Stormwind                                            315pts

 ·11 Spearmen with musician & standardbearer        156pts

Blue's Dwarf Puff & Slash Reinforcements

Hello All!!!

Nice to see you!!  Its been awhile!  Welcome to the Oldworld Army Challenge II!

For the OWAC this year I have decided to return to my first, and largest, Oldhammer Army....my Dwarfs.  Specifically this will be a reinforcement force for my Puff and Slash Imperial Dwarf Army which is made up mostly of Marauder dwarfs and the more recent dwarfs sculpted in the same style from White Knight/TAG miniatures.

The Marauder Dwarf Pike Block has been a fixture of my army since the late 80's and while I've added to it slowly over the years this will be a great opportunity to give it a substantial boost and also allow me to shift some troops out of this army and into my Bretonnian/dwarf army with the "100-years war style" ...troops like the RoR Bugmans Brewers will shift out of the Imperial army and be replaced by Marauder Crossbow Dwarfs.

Anyway...here is the Army list which totals out at slightly more than 1000pts.

  • 2nd Pike block -
    • 20 dwarf clansmen with HA, pikes, standard, musician -280 pts
    • 10 level hero, HA, HW, 2x pistol. -95 pts
    • Unit TOTAL. -375 pts
  • Crossbows •
    • 13 dwarf Xbows, LA, HW. -195 pts
    • 5 level hero, Xbox, LA, pistol -55 pts
    • Unit TOTAL. -250 pts
  • Zweihander reinforcements
    • 2 "Hammerers" HA, DHW.
    • Unit  TOTAL. -30 pts
  • Thunderer reinforcements
    • 10 Dwarf  Handgunners, LA, HW, Arq
    • Unit TOTAL. -130 pts
  • 5-barrel Organ gun
    • 3 crew. LA, HW
    • Unit TOTAL. -69 pts
  • Swivel Gun
    • 2 crew LA ,HW.
    • Unit TOTAL. -50 pts
  • Dwarf Sappers.
    • 8 Engineers HA, HW, DHW
    • Unit TOTAL. -120 pts
  • GRAND TOTAL. 1024pts
Here are the pre-paint pictures.  As you can see I've got everything mounted on bases and primed.  I even went ahead and made another 25 painting "handles" so that I could get them all mounted and ready for blast off on January 1st!!!
New Painting "handles"

Warmachine Crews, Zweihanders

Handgunners

Pike Block

Sappers

Crossbows
Well there you have them...this will be a fun ride...and hopefully I will be able to work in a few bonus figures as well.  So follow along for the ride and make sure to check out all the other fantastically talented participants in the Oldworld Army Challenge II!!!

Cheers,

Brenton's Wood Elves - an introduction

Greetings from the Antipodes, friends.

I followed the first OWAC with great interest; there's nothing like a Tale of X Armies to get you inspired to paint things. Especially fun, weird older miniatures - Slann! Chaos Dwarves! Jes Goodwin elves! A lot of these miniatures were slightly older when I first got into the hobby (c. 4/5th edition), which just makes it neater.

I'd always been fond of wood elves. In 5th, I had a copy of their Warhammer Armies and spent a lot of time imagining elves who lived in the foothills of the Grey Mountains, racing chariots in the plains and soaring on warhawks and eagles in the mountains themselves. Ambushing dwarves. Tricking knights. Murdering treasure-hunters. I was always disappointed at the lack of a real wild edge in their rules. Light cavalry and ranks of archers were cool, and Great Eagles are awesome, but where were the Beorn-like shapechangers? Or falconers! Skaw was there, sure, but him alone?

Warhammer Armies, p. 134

I learned about the third edition of the wood elves, and that's where everything I wanted was! But the culture of late-90s Australian gaming was that old editions were dead, buried and gone forever. We had to play the new editions, and the newer ones. (Plus, this is well before eBay!) This constant cycle meant that my Empire army got bloated on cheap plastics, the Halflings went into indefinite storage, and I sold my Kislev horse archers (like a fool!). By the time of 8th edition, I was barely in the hobby and then the End Times happened and, well.

But the story ends not there! For lo! a great light shone upon the earth and a voice in the heavens whispered, and what it whispered was this: "Screw the dang editions, just paint cool stuff." And the name of the voice was Oldhammer.

Anyway, so recently I've been collecting a bunch of wood elves! I vaguely wanted to do something I called 'elves with axes', but some of the wardancer miniatures have neat things like claws, or javelins, or weird armour with circles of steel sewn onto leather, so I've branched out.

Fantasy Warlord, p.95

I have a List and a Plan for what I'll build, which unfortunately includes Melnibonean cavalry (not exactly available down the shops), and a lot of the great sculpts we know and love. Thanks to the trading communities and being a bit over-eager on eBay, I've managed to get pretty fair underway. I was hoping to use the OWAC as a means to get started on the project - and here we are! Lucky me! (Less lucky for you, as I talk too much.)

1300 points of elven goodness
Picking out the specifics of what I wanted to paint for the challenge was a little tricky. For one thing, half my beastpacks aren't actually legal units, and part of the challenge is to build a legal army. I only have one bear! One cat! But then again, I only have 29 archers! Troubling. Luckily, the Lords of the Challenge have accepted that you can be slightly under the legal minimum (eg, 30 archers), as those were designed for 3000 points. Okay. But still, let's aim for as legal as possible. The Warhammer Armies guidelines are there, might as well use 'em.
  • Level 10 Hero + shield + light armour - 91
  • Level 10 Hero + shield + light armour - 91
  • Level 5 Hero + battle standard - 98
  • 29 archers - 319
  • 5 glade runners - 80
  • 16 wardancers - 320
  • Beastmaster + 4 boars - 37
  • Zoat allied contingent commander, level 15 wizard - 275
That's about 1300ish points, of which 756 points is rank-and-file. I've split it up into monthly groups that will hopefully work to allow me six months of 200-point groups, with an easy month (a single zoat!) if I need a break, and a month I can drop if I need to mulligan, while still meeting 1000 points.

It looks like this:

Warhammer Regiments archers, led by a metal figure
Month 1 - 209
  • 19 archers - 209
These do not have a leader yet. Oh no! For now, Aenur shall serve
Glade Runners:
A mix of Morley's waywatchers and other ranger-y sculpts

Month 2 - 201
  • 10 archers - 110
  • 5 glade runners - 80
  • Aenur, the Sword of Twilight (as a unit leader - 11 points)
On the left, Aenur. On the right, Kaia Stormwitch as a battle standard bearer
Six wardancers
Month 3 - 218
  • Battle standard bearer - 98
  • 6 wardancers - 120
The next six wardancers
I want to use this hero as a champion for a unit of spearmen... but can't decide which one.
So, let's paint both!

Month 4 - 211
  • 10 Hero - 91
  • 6 wardancers - 120

Zoats are totally underrated
Month 5 - 275
  • Zoat
My last four wardancers... for now
Piggies and their buff mate

Month 6/Mulligan-able - 208
  • 10 Hero - 91
  • 4 wardancers - 80
  • Beastmaster - 13
  • 4 boars - 24
That's it! It is quite a bit of painting, but probably a lot less than some of my companions on this journey. Elves are quite expensive - the wardancers are 20 points a model, and that's without equipment. Then again, I am taking a zoat. Friends, if you think the Zoat Month is cheating, sound off in the comments and I'll paint some more beasts that month as well.

I'm excited! I'm keen! Just one question: how do you paint forest green?

oh no
