Nathan’s I got through April (259 points)

I would have though April would have been easy given we are in lockdown and I also had time over Easter to paint. But I didn’t find things easy at all. Anyway I got there in the end but only because chaos warriors are worth so many points. In the end I finished these figures:

1 chaos warrior on barded horse - 84 points
2 chaos warriors - 148 points
1 chaos thugs with heavy armour and double handed weapon - 11 points
1 chaos thug standard bearer - 16 points

Here they are:


Standard bearer is a converted empire militia figure with the standard photocopied from my battle masters set!


I also finished a couple of chaos warriors and added a few figures to the Slann force I did for the first challenge. The pygmies are fun to paint but fairly racist - especially the exaggerated lips. Anyway here they are:

    Some nice old models there, plus great paint jobs.
    Are those a couple of the old shield transfers you used? Really emulates that '80's look perfectly!

    Some nice colour schemes here. I love the green warrior, but the bone armour also works really well. Good stuff :)
