Filippo's introduction post - Iron Warriors

Last OWAVC was wonderful experience, with an equal mix of joy, regret, passion, anxiety, rage against lead models and hate for the colour blue.

I needed more!

After a brief discussion whith my lovely wife to convince her that another "precious old army of rare models" would be a good investment and that "I would OBVIOUSLY donate them to my son as soon he will reach the right age to enjoy the game", the models started to appear in my house, again thanks to a dear friend of mine, Davide

I was already sure that the second OWAC would bring another 40k army. I already painted the "good guys", it was time for the baddies.

For a brief moment I thougt about a Night Lord Legion, but immediately changed idea and decided to go with the Iron Warriors.

Now, I could tell you that it's thanks to their wonderful lore, stories and novels created by GW. That their iconography is one of the best, and I always admired their mastery of the art of siege, but it would be a lie

The list is quite simple, similar to the one I made for the Ultramarines, but a solid start if I'll ever decide to expand it.
