Sometime during the first week of December I had the unfortunate realization, that I had missed the requirement for a minimum of 10 Witch Elves in my army planning. (Really, how the heck did I miss that!?) As I already had 3 painted that meant I needed to get another 7 done... I didn't quite get there, but I did get 4. Witch elves with extra hand weapons, crossbows, and poisoned attacks (because S5 crossbows are cool) cost 17 points each totaling 68 points
January's looking like a good month for painting, so I think I'll tackle one of the large infantry blocks, still debating which one... (and somewhere along the line I've 3 more witch elves to finish.)
Very nice indeed Jeff! I don't recognise that barded warhorse. I assume it is a Marauder model?
ReplyDeleteYes, Marauder...good eye!
ReplyDeleteThose Marauders shield were always great!
ReplyDeleteI like your gaudy take on Slaanesh: mot just pinks and purples but also bright greens. Nicely done.
The wizard is really eye catching. Nice group of models. If I had planned correctly I would have done smaller units first.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration on the horse, my general will also be riding one of these castings. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteThanks guys!
ReplyDeleteNicely done. Lots of models I've never seen before. Especially like those witch elves
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI love the cavalry figure. I've been slowly building up a Dark Elf force and this post has really got the creative juices flowing!
ReplyDeleteNicely done! I particularly like the mage: very slaaneshy, indeed!
