JamesPs Hohensknechtes (259 points)

In the town of Kreutzhofen there is a tavern called the Drunken Kurr. Ewan, the owner of this establishment breeds and sells dogs used for hunting and security. These dogs are known for their ferociousness and loyalty and are much valued throughout the Empire. Ewan is a quiet man with a quick wit who tends bar while his wife Rosalind waits tables. Ros is the opposite of her husband, always singing and joking with the customers. Auto and Kelvin, the twin sons of the owners begged to sign on with the Sons, but they were too young. As a compromise von Krueger “signed them up” for training as guards at the keep knowing this would be the safest place for them. The boys took their position very seriously by reporting every morning for duty. They help the men and receive some training. They also receive a few coppers as payment every week with the rest of the men.

It was in this this tavern the plans were laid forming The Sons of Solland. It also the birthplace of the Kurr; the unit of knights that spearhead the Sons. They took their name from the breed of dog raised by the owner, and the affectionate term used by his wife for the customers that frequent the tavern. Each knight carries the symbol of a Kurr on their shield and on the unit standard.
