NICE! Two regiments in one month is extra impressive!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteDwarfs are too fun to stop painting
At this rate I'll have to step-up my painting rate to keep up! Well done sir.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteO U T P U T! No holding back - I like it!
ReplyDeleteSpecial mention to the delicate leaf atop the slayers axe!
DeleteYou can never have too many dwarfs
DeleteThe leaves were a fun add to bring some motion to the units.
DeleteWow! So many dwarves- great job!
ReplyDeleteI appreciate it
DeleteA two-fer of stunties! Great work. Makes me want to pull mine out of the garage. Are you planning on playing through the scenarios in the campaign pack when you're finished (and the world has calmed down a bit)?
ReplyDeleteI am hoping to! Grudge of Drong is my favorite campaign of all time.
DeleteNow to find someone with puny elves to give a beating to
I have a 'painted when I was 10' High Elf army almost entirely made up of bog-standard infantry as opposition if you're willing to travel to the wilds of Northumberland!
DeleteGrudge of Drong is actually one of only two of the Scenario packs I own. The other being /my/ favourite: Circle of Blood.
Sadly Im over the pond but one day...

ReplyDeleteWow! Great job! Dwarfs were my first choice for WFB and more or less from that era - these miners are the most dwarfish dwarves ever. I like how you defied convention and painted the slayer's hair and beards in other colours than orange. Both regiments look very good. And indeed - what an amazing output!
ReplyDeleteDwarfs were my favorite army as well. I thought matching the beards to the autumn colors would make them stand out
Delete2 regiments! that's so impressively efficient I don't think you could get much more dwarfy if you tried! Got to say that i LOVE your bases. Are those leaves scratch or a basing material? Looks really good. I like the colour variety of the slayers hair also, very unique.
ReplyDeleteThanks! They are birch seed pods I collected earlier this autumn and painted. There are lots of how to articles online or I can go over it with you if you want
DeleteGreat work and lots of it! I do rather like those Dwarf miner minis. On a side note - the autumnal silver birch trees look great. Nice to see something a little different in terms of scenery!
ReplyDeleteThanks! They are fun easy thing to make
DeleteWhat a wonderfully bright army and the bases just add to the whole effect.
