Sam's 2nd Ed. Catachans - We made it!!! (117pts)

So this month I'm moving house, actually tomorrow. I'm tired and most of my shit is packed, but I finished my painting just about, phew!

The List (Rank & File II):

Catachan Squad – 117pts

           Flamer, H. Bolter team

It's more of the same from last month, another squad to flesh out the backbone of the force. the only real difference is a few sculpts and the special and heavies. The sergeant is actually the Sly Marbo model, but as there are only two sergeant sculpts and I want to have three squads he will fill in.

The basing still needs to have the tufts and whatnot, but I accidentally packed before I'd finished, so I'll do that with next months figures.

Otherwise I'll see you all next month.

Peace out

Samuel

  2. The more I see them, the more I love the metal catachan sculpts. You've nailed it. The bright red and yellow of the heavy weapon is pretty cool.

  4. Nice to see ol' Sly have an outing again, in this reduced capacity. Good job on getting 'em done through a move, too

  6. Love their 1980 action movie styling mixed with 1990s GW colour schemes. Perfect.

  7. Given the circumstances you've done a great job of getting those done by the end of the month, well done.

  10. You know you're bad ass when you quite happily sit down behind a huge red and yellow gun shield that can do nothing other than attract the enemy's attention! Love it!

All the red, yellow and green is kind of reminding me of the old Palitoy Action Force toys!
